Fishing seasons:
1) Spring river fishing happens from March through April
2) Summer fishing on Lake Michigan happens from May through September (weather permitting)
3) Fall salmon fishing is from late August through November
4) Steelhead trout fishing happens from mid-October through December (weather permitting) in Crystal Lake and other inland lakes, all year round.
